Handle .svg files for Unified Interface
Currently SVG files don't have the xrmtoolkit menu to add as webresources to CRM. For Unified Interface, the entity icon only supports svg files.

Does this need a major version to implement? The current version is supposed to have v9 support and SVG is supported by v9 so...
Seems like a small thing to force a paid upgrade for :(
